Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using QuizRaid, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the current Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to accept these terms yourself, a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult must do so where required.
The QuizRaid service
QuizRaid is a competitive trivia experience offering topic discovery, timed matches, bot practice, social challenges, leaderboards, achievements, rankings, and related support features. Features may differ by platform, region, age setting, account status, or release version.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep login details and verification codes private, and notify us if you believe an account is compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames, avatars, and profile content must not impersonate others, harass players, contain hateful or explicit material, or create platform risk.
Learners and supervised use
QuizRaid may be used by learners age 6 and older where local rules and app-store requirements allow it. Children should use QuizRaid with the permission and supervision required where they live. We may adjust or limit account, social, leaderboard, advertising, or communication features to protect younger players and meet platform requirements.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, share answers during live matches, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, interfere with scoring, abuse disconnection behavior, scrape game content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use multiple accounts to distort results. We may correct results or restrict access to preserve competitive integrity.
Player conduct
Treat other players and support staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, hateful behavior, spam, scams, abusive usernames, attempts to obtain private information, and efforts to disrupt the service or another player are prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
QuizRaid questions, answers, explanations, images, topics, rankings, achievements, interfaces, branding, sounds, and game systems are provided for use inside the service. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or reuse this content outside normal gameplay without permission.
Scores, rewards, and rankings
XP, ranked XP, ranks, achievements, streaks, statistics, and leaderboard positions are features of the game and do not represent money or property. We may correct, reset, hide, rebalance, or remove results affected by errors, exploits, unfair play, or service changes.
Advertising and third-party services
Eligible accounts may receive advertising and may choose to connect Google services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. QuizRaid is not responsible for independent services outside our control, although we work to integrate them safely and accurately.
Availability and changes
QuizRaid is provided as available. Live matches, content, support, rankings, and connected services may experience errors, maintenance, delays, or interruptions. We may add, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product development.
Enforcement and termination
We may warn players, remove content, reset progress, restrict features, suspend access, or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten players, service security, or fair play. You may stop using QuizRaid at any time and may request verified account deletion from Settings or quizraid.fun/delete-account.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to make QuizRaid reliable and accurate, but trivia content and online services can contain mistakes or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, QuizRaid is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as QuizRaid evolves. The effective date will show when the current version applies, and additional notice will be provided where required. Questions can be sent to support@quizraid.fun.
