Purchases, cosmetics, and refunds
Coin packs are one-time Google Play purchases with localized prices shown before checkout. Published quantities stay fixed. Cosmetics show their coin price and required level before purchase and are permanently owned. Buying coins grants no XP, levels, mastery, or Premium. Use Sync purchases in the app for unfinished delivery. Google Play handles refund requests under its terms and applicable law. A refunded pack deducts its original coin quantity once; if spent, subsequent credits first repay the shortfall. Acquired cosmetics and other players’ settled match payouts remain intact. Purchases stay with the QuizRaid account that made them and are removed on account deletion. Contact support@quizraid.fun with your username and store transaction ID for delivery help; never send payment card information.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and PixelArc Studios, the developer, publisher, owner, and operator of QuizRaid. By creating an account, accessing, or using QuizRaid, you agree to these terms and the current Privacy Policy. If you are 13 or older but have not reached the legal age to accept these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them with you where required.
The QuizRaid service
QuizRaid is a property of PixelArc Studios. PixelArc Studios provides QuizRaid as a competitive trivia experience offering topic discovery, timed matches, bot practice, social challenges, leaderboards, achievements, rankings, and related support features. Features may differ by platform, region, age setting, account status, or release version.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep login details and verification codes private, and notify us if you believe an account is compromised. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames, avatars, and profile content must not impersonate others, harass players, contain hateful or explicit material, or create platform risk.
Age eligibility
You must be at least 13 to create or use a QuizRaid account. A person under 13 may not register or access the service. QuizRaid is not part of Google Play’s Teacher Approved program and is not offered as a school or teacher-managed service. We may suspend or delete an account if we determine that it is being used by someone under 13.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, share answers during live matches, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, interfere with scoring, abuse disconnection behavior, scrape game content, reverse engineer protected systems, or use multiple accounts to distort results. We may correct results or restrict access to preserve competitive integrity.
Player conduct
Treat other players and support staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, hateful behavior, spam, scams, abusive usernames, attempts to obtain private information, and efforts to disrupt the service or another player are prohibited.
Content and intellectual property
QuizRaid, its name and branding, software, original questions and explanations, interfaces, sounds, artwork, achievements, and game systems are owned by or licensed to PixelArc Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, services, and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Except where law permits, you may not copy, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or reuse protected QuizRaid content outside normal gameplay without written permission from PixelArc Studios.
Scores, rewards, and rankings
XP, ranked XP, coins, ranks, achievements, streaks, statistics, and leaderboard positions are features of the game and do not represent money or property. We may correct, reset, hide, rebalance, or remove results affected by errors, exploits, unfair play, or service changes.
Virtual coins and stakes
Coins can be earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, progression, and optional rewarded ads or purchased through Google Play where available. Every coin shares one balance and works for cosmetics, power-ups, and stakes. Purchased coins never expire. Coins have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed outside QuizRaid. Staking coins is part of gameplay: the winner receives the pot, and a loss or forfeit forfeits the stake. Unstarted matches, no-contests, and draws against a computer opponent refund stakes. Balances are restored on sign-in to the same account and end when the account is deleted.
Advertising and third-party services
Eligible accounts may receive advertising and may choose to connect Google services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. QuizRaid is not responsible for independent services outside our control, although we work to integrate them safely and accurately.
Availability and changes
QuizRaid is provided as available. Live matches, content, support, rankings, and connected services may experience errors, maintenance, delays, or interruptions. We may add, remove, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or product development.
Enforcement and termination
We may warn players, remove content, reset progress, restrict features, suspend access, or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten players, service security, or fair play. You may stop using QuizRaid at any time and may request verified account deletion from Settings or quizraid.fun/delete-account.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to make QuizRaid reliable and accurate, but trivia content and online services can contain mistakes or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, QuizRaid is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Changes and contact
PixelArc Studios may update these terms as QuizRaid evolves. The effective date will show when the current version applies, and additional notice will be provided where required. Questions for PixelArc Studios about QuizRaid can be sent to support@quizraid.fun.
